At SyxCollectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
